Pet Costume Contest Participation Agreement

By registering, I understand that I am responsible for my pet and agree to keep my pet properly restrained and under my control during the event. I understand that Gulf Coast Town Center, event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliated parties are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, or incidents involving my pet, myself, or my belongings.

I confirm that my pet is comfortable participating in a public event around people and other animals. I also grant permission for photos and video taken during the event to be used by Gulf Coast Town Center for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes.
